FC-SDS

Facility and Community-based Service Delivery Support (FC-SDS) is a project that actively and directly involves STPI in TB program management. FC-SDS focuses on the discovery cascade to assisting TB cases through a health facility and community based approach. This project is present in West Java and East Java Provinces through the involvement of:

  • District Teams in 30 districts and cities in West Java and East Java.
  • Technical Facilitators in 22 districts and cities in East Java.
  • Coverage of TB diagnostic financing support (c/CDST) in 33 provincial Health Services throughout Indonesia.

FC-SDS implementation starts from October 2025 to September 2026.

The latest project achievements are on the SiPintar Dashboard below, or you can access it through https://fcsds-dev.castellumdigital.id/embedded/overview-capaian

The FC-SDS project's grassroots approach is able to find unseen cases, including asymptomatic TB, making CXR screening an important tool in early case finding.
