About STPI
The Indonesian Tuberculosis Strategic Partnership Foundation or Stop TB Partnership Indonesia (STPI) believes that the elimination of tuberculosis (TB) in Indonesia is achieved if it is based on a strong partnership between government, private and community elements. Since its establishment as a Foundation in 2018, STPI has initiated cross- sectoral advocacy efforts for national TB policies, built a governance model for handling TB across sectors in districts and villages, and campaigned for TB issues in social media and mass media.
STPI is looking for a Partnership and Development Officer who will work with the Partnership and Development Manager in the organization’s fundraising and development efforts. Responsibilities will include from researching, preparing, applying to supporting the monitoring and evaluation of donations and grants.

Status: Temporary Staff (LOE 100%)
Duration: 12 months
Location: 4 Days at the Office, 1 Day remote work
Working Hours: 40 hours/week
QUALIFICATIONS
Educational Background – Bachelor/Master Degree in Public Health, Psychology, Development Studies, Management, Sociology, and Social Work
Work Experience – At least 5 years of work experience including in civil society organizations/non-profit organizations focusing in public health programs (preferably on Tuberculosis) and in project/program development roles.
COMPETENCIES
Have proven track of successful proposal submission of development programs in the field of public health in collaboration with international/national/sub- national teams;
Demonstrate excellent understanding and/or experience in program design approaches and methodologies including but not limited to theories of change, logic modelling, logical frameworks, and result frameworks;
Demonstrate strong ability in project management particularly organizing meetings, activity planning, writing concept notes, and stakeholders’ coordination;
Excellent technical skills in writing, editing, and formatting using MS Software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and others;
Ability to analyse, evaluate, and present clearly information from various resources to internal and external stakeholders;
Demonstrate adequate knowledge of SDGs and tuberculosis program in Indonesia;
Demonstrate good understanding and knowledge of qualitative and quantitative methods in researching and/or monitoring and evaluation of public health interventions;
Ability to communicate strategically in writing and verbally in Bahasa Indonesia and English;
Ability to work as a part of a team and take initiative to achieve assigned team objective;
Demonstrate good basic budgetary skills and ability to work within allocated resources;
Preference: Have good knowledge about advocacy, Indonesia’s governance system, and community-led monitoring, gender, and human rights in public health.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Functions:
Developing and implementing fundraising and partnerships cultivation to mobilize resources supporting the organizational and programmatic development according to the foundation’s strategy
Supporting and implementing knowledge management activities related to potential and on-going donation and grants operated by STPI
Supporting the Partnership and Development team in assignments tasked by supervisor
Duties and responsibilities (with estimated time allocation per week):
1. Developing and implementing development activities to mobilize resources
supporting the organizational and programmatic development according to
the foundation’s strategy (50%)
Responsible to cultivate and liaise with prospects for resource mobilization opportunities that aligns with the organization’s programmes and values
Responsible in implementing fundraising campaigns and event sponsorship campaigns through internal (cross-teams) and external collaborations
Facilitating the STPI in cross-teams discussion to identify, develop, and complete high-quality competitive project designs and proposals that aligns with the organization’s mission, vision, and values
Responsible in monitoring progress of fundraising and partnership development to inform the organization’s decision-making process
Represent the organization in fundraising and partnership activities with a positive manner and effectively by processes that are transparent to the public and accountable to prospective donors
2. Supporting and implementing knowledge management of potential and on- going donation and grants operated by STPI (40%)
Responsible to collect, assess, and organize data and information on potential grants and donation aligned with the foundation’s programme priorities
Responsible to input and track the organization’s existing financial and non-financial resources supporting organizational and programmatic development in a donation matrix
Responsible to create and synthesize insights as bases of evidence in developing and implementing fundraising and partnerships in resource mobilization
Responsible in generating assessment of fundraising and partnership opportunities to advance STPI’s programme and organization
Assisting the team in identifying, developing, and sharing programme portfolio to external stakeholders
3. Supporting the Partnership and Development team in assignments tasked by supervisor (10%)
Supporting the Partnership & Development Coordinator in maintaining and strengthening relations with key funding partners and other external stakeholders
Contributing in developing, implementing, monitoring and evaluation of the Development strategy as part of the organization’s strategic plan as well as reporting to supervisor
Coordinating with other divisions in the organization around donor relations and development activities
Reporting activities and arising issues to supervisor regularly in a timely manner
